Hencove

I joined Hencove as Lead Developer and had the opportunity to work alongside a talented, welcoming team on both client projects and internal initiatives.

A major focus of my time there was the redesign and relaunch of the agency’s website alongside a new brand identity. Working closely with designers, I helped translate the new visual direction into an interactive web experience that reflected the creativity, personality, and culture that made Hencove unique.

Beyond project work, I helped strengthen the agency’s development practices by mentoring junior developers, improving deployment workflows, and establishing a more sustainable approach to website maintenance and ongoing support.

The work itself was rewarding, but the people were what made the experience memorable. The friendships and professional relationships I built during my time at Hencove have continued long after the project was complete.
